Chicken and Chickpeas Pakoray

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Chickpeas (boiled) 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  • Green chillies 5
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1tbsp 
  • Crushed red chillies 1tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Cut chicken into small,thin pieces Blend half chickpeas finely in blender and keep aside remaining chickpeas whole Mix all ingredients including and chickpeas but except oil in a bowl Heat oil in a work.
  • Spoon in mixture in work and fry dumplings till golden Remove on absorbent paper
